This was super cool, loved that there was a story as well!! Really cool lil mechanic. My only nitpick is that i wish the two characters were a more distinct color. I kept mixing the characters, esp near the end(i dunno how that works either, getting worse as i play lol)
But other than that, this game's legit awesome. well done!!

This is truly one of the games released in 2022 so far. MigMoog did work on the coding and the gameplay is there. All the artists did a job drawing the different visuals. The music is one of the sounds you will ever hear and the voice acting is. This game is truly one of the games released of all time.

This game is really good! It has a very simple concept that just keeps getting expanded on and just keeps you hooked in! It's just very smooth and easy to play which is defo welcome for something that requires a bit of time to try and figure everything out. Well done!!

For an updated release, it feels kinda underwhelming. The new biomes are alright and a welcome addition(seeing new areas is pretty neat), but that's it. Everything else feels unchanged from classic, which definitely still needed work.

The graphics look very nice and the music works well, but that's about it. There's nothing to help elevate those graphics further, such as particle effects or animations. Things just happen, branches fall off pathetically and the character instantly changes forms with no transition. The splitting mechanic in general feels under utilized.

I also really dislike how the game keeps interrupting you with tutorial prompts. There's already a how to play section, why not just put it all there? The prompts just get in the way.

Graphics are very good and defo carry this game, but the gameplay itself is still a bit undercooked. It just needs to offer the player something that gives them some kind of satisfaction or positive feedback. I hope these things can be addressed and I'll be looking forward to seeing how they are!

Very nice game, especially for a game jam game! The graphics look very clean and the controls work as you'd expect them to so no complaining there! The general structure works well for its size. The bosses were simple, but a welcome addition! It's a small game, but you still get a complete journey out of it.

My only real gripes is that I felt that the music was quite bland and repetitive. It didn't really get me all that excited to be playing the game, which is unfair to a game with clearly a lot of care put into it. I was also a bit confused on the reliance on taking damage in order to progress? With one part forcing you to damage boost over a lava pit and a secret area forcing you to just power through the hits in order to reach the end. It feels clunky and unnatural and I don't feel like I earned the reward at the end, I just end up feeling clumsy and I'm left wondering if what I did was even the intended path. A more minor nitpick is that having a visual indication of how much fuel you have left for the rocket would be nice.

But overall, a very nice game! It'd be awesome if this ever gets expanded on in the future! Very well done to everyone involved!
